I use and re-use files over and over as templates. They are all disappearing! What the heck???????

Hello I am having this same issue, I have been working on files regularly and just this week they have been disappearing from the Adobe Express project folder I have created for my team. We are working on the files that disappear actively so I don't believe it is a timeline issue as I am already aware the files will be removed after 30 days. Any guidance as to where to look would be appreciated, they are not in trash and we have already tried going to this link: https://new.express.adobe.com/restore-folders

We're sorry to hear about this. To help you further, please provide some information listed below-

Your Adobe ID.
In total, how many projects are missing?
When were these projects from the web missing?
Are you able to see these projects in mobile app.
Formats of the missing projects- How many were Page/Post/Video
Were these projects shared with others
Can other collaborators access the projects.
Are these projects missing in Home-Recent bar?
Are these visible in Assets Web (https://adobe.ly/3W32qQz)
Are they not visible only in Recents, or are they not visible in Your Stuff -> Files with the "Yours " filter as well (the default one)?
