Also when I am going to be able to make a custom theme again so pages can correspond to my organizations branding?

Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry for the issue and for not answering sooner.

Your branding files, loaded templates and images are still on the servers. You can transfer your projects to the new AE version.

To transfer your projects:

• Click here

• Click Move file on the project you want to migrate
• Click Convert for Desktop
• <conversion takes place>
• You will land in the editor for the new version of Express of the project you moved

Do you see an error message when you try to upload elements to create a new brand? Please share a screenshot so we can see what you're experiencing.
