All Projects Missing

I've using the web version of Adobe Express for most of 2024. Opened up the program on Monday, December 2, 2024 to find that all of my projects are missing. I have continued searching through the various "my stuff" and "my files" areas and have not been able to locate or access them. Very distressing as these files are for work, and most of them are my own designs and not based on templates. 

 

I've tried using solutions that I found in some other / older threads, but no luck. Has anyone had this issue start this week and found a solution to recover your projects?

Sorry to hear about your difficulties.

I would confirm you didn't accidentally switch email addresses. All your files are tied to your email so if you somehow switched that could be an explanation. I've seen this happen when switching computers. Sometimes choosing different sign-in options when signing in could also be an explanation, if you previously chose sign in through Google/Facebook/Apple but didn't this time that also could be an explanation.

A few related questions:
When was the last time you saw all the files?
Were your files shared/collaborated with others?
