'Animate Characters' has a problem while downloading.

It's so frustrating when uploading audio to animated characters. Whenever I upload it, a problem occurs while downloading, and the issue keeps appearing even after I change my Wi-Fi network. This happens every time I upload a new audio file. I use the mobile app of Adobe Express.

      Hi there, ​@efficient_innovator3030, I’m sorry you’re running into this repeatedly.

      Could you tell me if you're running into a specific error code? What kind of audio file are you uploading? Adobe currently lists WAV and MP3 as supported audio formats, as well as MP4 used as audio-only, and audio can be up to two minutes long.

      Since changing Wi-Fi hasn’t helped, could you share:

      • Whether you’re using iOS or Android, plus your device model

      • Your Adobe Express app version

      • The audio format and approximate duration

      • A screenshot of the error you see when the download fails

      If possible, please also try the same audio file in Adobe Express on the web and let us know whether it downloads successfully there. That comparison will help narrow down whether this is specific to the mobile app.
