Animate from Audio

When I or my students are working on creating an animate from audio piece and use a transparent background (necessary for applying into a different project) it is showing a red warning icon in the upper corner saying failed to upload. What is needed to make this function?

    As a temporary workaround, could you check if an incognito window makes a difference?
