Animate from Audio keeps failing

I have been trying to create animated characters from audio files but after uploading the file and opening it for editing it fails to load in the editor. I have tried refreshing and re-animating several times but always get the same result.

Sorry to hear about the problem and for not answering you earlier.

 

Did you try to close the page and reopen it? Have you seen any difference?

 

We recommend creating animated characters first and then adding the audio files. The most common file types are AAC, MP3 or WAV. You can follow the steps for animate a character from audio here.
