Animate from audio (web service)

There is an error in web service ADOBE EXPRESS / Animate-from-audio. 

When you upload your audio file and you select the generate button, the developing process begins but your request contimues waitting in line for time. Later, your request stops and Webe page answer an error dialoge: We can´t connect with server. tray again later.(Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)

It happens from last week.

  2. Versión de plataforma y sistema operativo  *****  WINDOWS 10 PRO // Several browsers (Opera / Chrome/ Firefox)
  3. Pasos básicos para reproducir el problema   **** Generate a new animation cartoon using WEB ADOBE EXPRESS tool / animate fron audio. Select scene and profile. Thus, upload a MP3 audio. Generate it.
  4. Resultado esperado y resultado real *** Process is canceled. Tool answers that there is an error. (Error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR)

Thank ypu so much for your interest and help. 

I am not using a VPN service. You look a VPN icon in my screenshot but it is dissabled. 

 

I tired several attemps to solve this topic using ADOBE EXPRESS / animate app. Finally, I searched other possibilities as reason for this issue and I found a mistake (my mistake) because I was uploading an audio file extension (*.m4a) forbiden by ADOBE EXPRESS. (A.E. allows MP3, AIF, WAV, MP4). Thus, Trouble was solved using the correct audio.

Hi @vanetosaus 

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you still encountering the issue?
I noticed from your screenshot that you connect through VPN. I was curious if you still encounter the issue when not connecting through VPN? I also wondered if you encounter the issue when recording through a microphone rather than uploading a Mp3. Could you please test these and let us know if they make any difference?
