Animate from Audio: Yet Another Bug! Fails after "Wrapping Up"

Is anything tested before putting on the live server?

Paid account on desktop trying to export animation from audio and, twice in a row, at the very last moment, AFTER waiting for the entire process, at the end of "wrapping up," the site kicks a something went wrong error and dumps me back to the main Express page.

How is Adobe charging for this with a straight face?

Will we get support?

Not anything close to a fast, deadline-respecting response.

Typically, it will be the browser equivalent of, "did you turn it off and back on again?"

Ok, apparently the problem was caused by browser or extenstions installed in it. I've been using the latest version of Chrome and problem persisted, then I tried the Edge browser, because there are no third party addons installed or something, and eventually it worked, the animation was finished promptly and the service let me to download it. So, just try another clean browser or give a chance to Chrome in guest mode, which is clean from any additions too.

Have a similar issue. The progress just stuck on the "wrapping up" stage. It doesn't finish job in hours.
