animate from voice wont work at all

- as soon as I upload an audio, it closes the program - yesterday I was able to upload audio a few times but was never able to download video -was supposed to get a call from i.t support today, between hours 9am -5pm, never got a phone call

    Can you offer some details about how you are uploading the audio? What platform are you working from (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android), are you using a mobile app or the web app? Where are the files located that you are trying to upload, and can you provide details about the format and file size of those files? How exactly are you trying to upload them, can you describe your process?
