Animated Character Not working

Every time I try to create an animated charachter I get this message.  "Something went wrong while creating your animation. Please refresh the page."  I have restarted my computer and have only Adobe Express open.  I was able to make these last night and many times before.

    because its a sh*t product. It never completes the animation and Adobe ain't gone do a damn thing about it. I hate these big companies that come out with new products but don't make sure they work properly or have support to help

    Thanks.  I was away from my desk for a while and when I came back it was working.

    Hey @shaneo310, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

    I tried working on the Animated character feature on a Google Chrome browser, and it worked fine for me. Can you try once in incognito/private browsing mode to see if that makes any difference? Also, please ensure you're on a stable internet connection and do not have any active firewalls or VPN.

     

    If it works fine on the private/incognito browsing mode, you may need to clearout the browser cache/cookies and check.
