Adobe express is kicking me out of my webpage document with the message that "another collaborator is using it". The webpage does not respond when I try to force take over. The webpage has never been shared with anyone else, so I'm not sure who the other collaborator is. I've already deleted the cashe for my browser (microsoft Edge). Help!

Thanks Tarun for the reply. I have used Microsoft edge and Firefox browsers. I was using adobe express online so idk about uninstalling it. And I've logged out and in several times. Still have the issues. Even when I duplicate the document to edit it, it will eventually kick me out of it. My main account is a university account.

Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you please share the screenshot with us? Is this happening with this specific webpage or with all? Also, If possible, please share the project URL with us to investigate.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi

@katherine_1742

,

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue with Adobe Express. I understand how frustrating it can be to be unable to access your own document due to a message about another collaborator.

To better assist you, could you please provide some additional details:

  1. Have you tried accessing the document from a different browser or device?
  2. Are you encountering this issue with other documents, or is it specific to this one?

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Update Software: Ensure that the Adobe Express app is up to date.
  2. Reinstall App: Try uninstalling and reinstalling it to ensure a fresh installation.

If that doesn't help, try signing out and signing in again to check if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
