Anticipated not sync results in a lost file

Hi, I have an enterprise Adobe Creative Cloud plan. I was warned that from October 2024 the cloud sync of my files would be discontinued. Actually, this happened from the beginning of February. As a result, I have lost some important files that do not appear anymore. Is there a way to get them back? The screen shot attached gives hopes but unfortunately clicking on Learn more, doesn't bring to any useful place...
