App crashes issues

Hello,

I've been using the app for quite some time now and am planning to subscribe for a yearly plan. I love the app, but I am suddenly experiencing issues with editing files. Whenever I try to edit the text, the file keeps closing and returning to the previous page. I need to edit the file for submission to printing. Can someone please help me with this issue? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out. Please let us know a few things tounderstand the issue. Does the app crash while you edit in all projects or is this happening with this one? Also, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference.
