    We’re sorry the app isn’t working. 😕😕 Please try restarting your device, clearing the app cache via settings, or updating/reinstalling the app. Could you share your device model, OS version, app version, and any error messages or screenshots?

To help you quickly, could you let us know what exactly isn’t working (is the app crashing, stuck loading, or something else?), and whether you’re using the mobile app or the web version, along with your device type (iPhone, Android, or computer)? In the meantime, we recommend making sure the app is up to date, restarting your device, and if you're on mobile, trying to clear the app cache or reinstalling it.
