App resets automatically every few seconds.

Issue: I have Adobe Express activated through Airtel Thanks app and is still valid for next few months. Every time i am working on a project or using any AI tools, the app resets automatically and I have to start all over again.

Version: Latest version of Android (Installed on One Plus Pad Go 2 Tablet)

Steps taken: Reset Cache and Data, reinstalled app, Restarted the tab, still similar issue.

It’s been many days now with no update.
I have something to add to the issue: I’ve noticed that this issue comes when Keyboard and Mice are connected to the tab using bluetooth. Once I disconnect them, issue resolves.

Kindly find me a solution asap, working without keyboard and mice and using only the Stylus pen is really frustrating.
