Appilication crashes on Ipad

Everytime I load up the Express app on my Ipad I am able to log-in, search things, and select templates but the second I click edit the entire appilication crashes and I am forced to log in again but it renders the entire app useless as I am unable to use it as I intended to. It does a similar thing on my phone every so often as well. The app is up to date on both my Iphone and Ipad and my Ipad is only a few years old. I tried restarting my device, updating both the Ipad and the app, relaunching it but each time it crashes when I go to edit any project. Its so frustrating.

Sorry to hear about that.

 

I could edit a template on my up-to-date iPad. Are you connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data? Do you have enough storage space in your device?

 

There are a few workarounds you can try: 

 - update the device: there is a new update available for iPad; the 17.4.1 version

 - force the app to close

 - delete the app, then re-download it

 

If the issue persists, please share the iPad model, the iOS version and the connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
