Application crashed on ios

Dear Photoshop 
I hope this message finds you well, In photoshop express on IPad when the user tries to use the functions within the face section > up and down, left down. It crashes out of the app immediately, this has been happening for multiple times already. User has already tired multiple solutions such as resetting iPad and deleting app and retry. Thanks
