Under the recent 2 Photoshop updates in the past week, premium subscribers to Photoshop Express are unable to edit RAW images on the iOS mobile or iPad platforms. Multiple “Help us Improve” reports have been submitted. In finally messaging Adobe directly through their Facebook messenger, the requested all relevant information such as screen shots, example raw images and camera model.  Canon R5.      The app was fully functional until the update on 9/27/26. Adobe is taking ownership of any object removal imagery as their own.     Long time premium subscriber. Hi,I'm experiencing a strange issue with Photoshop Express after changing my Android smartphone. My new phone is a Samsung Galaxy A56 5G running Android 16 and One UI 8.5.I have Photoshop Express version 18.4.40 installed on both my old and new phones. On my old phone, I can edit and save photos without any QR code/watermark, even though I do not have a Photoshop Express Premium subscription. On my new Samsung Galaxy A56 5G, however, every exported photo has a QR code/watermark. On the export screen I see the “Remove watermark” option with the Premium icon, and if I tap it, Photoshop Express asks me to subscribe to Premium.I have already tried:uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Express; clearing the app cache and data; signing in with the same Adobe account used on my old phone; using Photoshop Express without signing into any Adobe account. The result is always the same on the new phone: the QR code/watermark is added to exported images.I have also checked the watermark settings. On

I’ve recently noticed that the fonts aren’t available to use. It constantly tries to download.

I've used PS Express on my phone and ipad for few months. After that, the app just stopped working. Every time I opem the app there is a constant loading circle that doesn't go away. Because of that the app is stuck in this loading mode and I can't do anthing else in it. Yes, i tried to reinstall it, log out & log in, I also updated my apple software and reinstall it. It's just forever stuck in loading. Haven't used it for a year as a result. The same issue is both on my iphone and ipad. I gave up.

Can anyone explain to me why Adobe Photoshop Express was suddenly installed on my machine? installed the newest windows update and after turning on  it installed and this was without my prompt or permission. I saw PSExpressBroker.exe and PSExpressCore.exe running in Task Manager. File Explorer showed many adobe files created at the exact time of the PC boot! I don't use or have Adobe on my PC . Or I didn't. There are no Adobe entries in MS Program and Features, so no entry to uninstall, but plenty of files in Program Files, and a handful in Program Data. I want this off my pc and want to now how as it has been installed without me selecting to install it or asking for my permission. My pc speed has gone through the floor because of all these programs running in the background...

Part of my job requirement is to screen capture video.  I used to use PrtSc and select video record.  Now Adobe Express Photo pops up and it won't let me record video.  Why?  I didn't install it and now I don't know how to screen capture video.  What's the point of removing something I use daily for a lesser screen capture?

Many of my users have had Adobe Express Photos installed within the last week without them knowing how and why.  Also, it hijacks the Windows Snipping Tool keyboard shortcut.  This is completely unacceptable as it has broken one of the workflows we use for insurance claims processing.     Adobe what are you thinking???????????????

I saved a PDF from Word and suddenly Adobe Photo Express was installed automatically. In what universe does Adobe think this is acceptable?

I found what appears to be a clipboard format issue in Adobe Express Photos 6.6.2.Environment:Adobe Express Photos 6.6.2 Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Microsoft Outlook Classic (Microsoft 365)Steps to reproduce:Capture a screenshot using Adobe Express Photos with the Print Screen shortcut. Press Ctrl+V inside a new HTML email in Outlook Classic.Result:Outlook inserts the screenshot as a file attachment instead of an inline image.Expected result:The screenshot should be pasted directly into the message body.Investigation:Using InsideClipboard, Adobe Express Photos places the following clipboard formats:CF_BITMAP CF_HDROP FileContents FileGroupDescriptorW Shell IDList ArrayWindows Snipping Tool only places image formats (CF_BITMAP/PNG), and Outlook correctly pastes the image inline.Microsoft Word pastes the Adobe Express screenshot correctly because it uses the bitmap clipboard format, while Outlook prioritizes CF_HDROP and treats the clipboard contents as a file attachment. This suggests Adobe Exp

believe the Send To → Lightroom integration is missing from the current version of Photoshop Express for iOS.Product: Photoshop ExpressVersion: 26.34.1Device: iPhone 17 ProiOS: iOS 26.6.1Related app: Lightroom for iOSEXPECTED BEHAVIORPhotoshop Express documentation currently describes a SEND TO section in the Save & Share screen, including an option to send an edited image to Lightroom. This was also part of my previous Photoshop Express workflow.ACTUAL BEHAVIORIn Photoshop Express 26.34.1, the SEND TO section is completely missing from the Save & Share screen.I only see the normal iOS sharing destinations under OPEN WITH, such as Instagram and WhatsApp.I have attached a screenshot of the current Save & Share screen showing that there is no SEND TO → Lightroom option.WORKAROUND I DISCOVEREDI can select Lightroom from the normal iOS Share Sheet instead. However, when I do this, Lightroom displays a dialog titled “Open in Lightroom” containing what appear to be internal/untran

There is a bug that prevents me from using the remove objects tool in PS Express App because it says I need to upgrade to premium. I pay for premium and have been able to use this tool in the past. I have verified that I’m logged in to the correct account. When I elect to try paying for premium again, it confirms that I have an active subscription and gets stuck on that screen indefinitely. The only way to move past it is to restart the app which starts the process over. Restarting my phone and deleting/re-downloading the app does not fix it.

I went to print a screenshot today, and all of a sudden my Windows print screen key has been taken over by an app that I did not install “Adobe Express Photos”. That is infuriating. How could you do this, Adobe? As I search for answers here, I'm finding I have to go into my Windows registry to stop it. That's ridiculous. I'm not a computer programmer, and I shouldn't be messing around with my own registry to delete something that you guys are auto-installing. Please fix this behavior, Adobe. This is maddening, really horrific. Unwanted programs that auto-install themselves are typically considered to be viruses, aren't they?

When I try and use the face option for example on chin nose face whatever the toggles move like normal but no actual changes happen . I’ve updated and redownloaded the app

When editing and saving, or exporting an original Canon JPG file with an sRGB color profile, the file loses its original color profile and now has the Adobe RGB (1998) color profile. There is no way to keep the sRGB profile, or any other, nor is there a way to change this setting forced by Adobe Express Photos. I hope they resolve this strange problem/bug in Adobe Express Photos quickly.

For the past several days, Adobe Express Photos has hijacked the Shift+S keypress (not Ctrl+Shift+S or Win+Shift+S) on my Win11 computer. When I type Shift+S in any program (MS Word, browser, etc.) it isn't received by the program but rather launches Adobe Express Photos (it is treated as a hotkey for Adobe Express Photos).Initially I had to end the Adobe Express Photos task in order to restore sanity to my computer. The Adobe’s AI chat directed me to the settings in Adobe Express Photo. Under Screenshot Shortcut, there are two shortcuts, Print Screen and Win+Shift+S, which were both enabled. I disabled both of them, and that resolves my issue (even though my issue is with Shift+S, without the Windows key).I never use Adobe Express Photos and never enabled these settings in the first place.

I scanned a picture using a canon printer that includes scanning.I saved the file both as a PDF and as Jpg.I opened the file on a PC wirh Photoshop.I cannot edit the file (Modify comes up with the inverse as the only option

I’m simply trying to make a short video with a .wav file as a narration with pictures changing at specific moments in the sound file. It is IMPOSSIBLE! Your product is broken and incredibly frustrating. I click on a specific time of the sound file and it’ll play different parts / times of the file, or if I go back, it will play a separately different part. It doesn’t work, and I can’t time visual transitions based on sound. It’s also incredibly frustrating trying to navigate the layers / timing, I have to zoom all the way out, move the timing bar, zoom in, and even that doesn’t work. Worst experience ever.

On my iphone i get options to change hair color, facial features, do makeup etc. On my computer I cannot find any of these options. I have re downloaded the app on my computer and it’s still the same. It’s like it is a completely different app. I am using Windows 11computer and Iphone 16

I’m a paying subscriber to Photoshop Express and have been using the Remove Object feature for months without issue. It’s been one of the most valuable tools in my workflow. Today I suddenly got a message saying I’m out of monthly generative credits and have to wait until the 20th or upgrade to continue using it. This is extremely frustrating. When I subscribed, there was no mention of any usage limits on core tools like this. Now a feature I rely on regularly is locked unless I pay more? I understand Adobe is investing in AI tools, but adding a cap after users have already been paying for full access without clearly communicating the change feels misleading. If you’re going to change what the subscription includes, that should be made obvious and transparent up front. Can someone from Adobe clarify: When this policy changed? If current subscribers were notified?Whether there’s a way to access the full feature set I originally paid for without being pushed into anoth

I’m using the remove objects feature in Heal > Remove Objects, and whenever I try to remove anything it just says “Results could not be generated.” This has been happening multiple times and i’ve even tried doing it with an easy object to select in an image and it’s still not removing/generating anything. How is this able to be fixed?

I was unable to open any document or image on Photoshop Online. The above message keeps showing when I try to open image.

Experiencing the same issue others have trying to get PS Express to stop spinning the loading wheel and actually work. Yes, I uninstall/reinstalled and reset my phone, yes I have ample space on my phone, yes I logged out and back into my Adobe account, etc. PS Express was working fine and I was able to use it no problem until a couple months ago and now it’s just stuck on the loading screen and won’t load into the app. Literally can’t click on anything to log into my account or change settings or any of that.  iPhone 14, running iOS 26.4.2, 38GB of space left available. Couldn’t find any solutions in here that worked and have been using a free version of Canva for basic photo features that I already pay for with Adobe. Anyone actually gotten this issue resolved yet?

Dear Photoshop I hope this message finds you well, In photoshop express on IPad when the user tries to use the functions within the face section > up and down, left down. It crashes out of the app immediately, this has been happening for multiple times already. User has already tired multiple solutions such as resetting iPad and deleting app and retry. Thanks
