Adobe Express Photos auto install???

Your frustration is fair, and I won't dress it up. You shouldn't have to touch your registry, and I won't send you there.

First, the plain-language why, because "did this randomly appear" is worse than knowing the cause: Adobe Express Photos most commonly arrives bundled with an Acrobat or Reader update on Windows, rather than something you separately chose to install.

That's why it can show up seemingly out of nowhere after an update. It doesn't make it less annoying, but it's not random or a virus, it's a bundled install that should have been far clearer to you up front (something the internal team is actively working on!).

The non-registry way to fix it:

• Return Print Screen to normal: open Adobe Express Photos, profile icon (top right), Settings, and turn off the Screenshot Shortcut option (turn off both entries if you see two).
• Remove the app entirely: Windows Settings, Apps, Installed apps, Adobe Express Photos, Uninstall. It removes cleanly, your Acrobat or Reader stays put. 

On the real issue, that it arrives and grabs a system key without it being clearly your choice: that's the part that shouldn't happen, and the feedback on how this is handled will continue to be passed to the team.
