Question

Photoshop Express no longer has RAW editing available

Under the recent 2 Photoshop updates in the past week, premium subscribers to Photoshop Express are unable to edit RAW images on the iOS mobile or iPad platforms. Multiple “Help us Improve” reports have been submitted. In finally messaging Adobe directly through their Facebook messenger, the requested all relevant information such as screen shots, example raw images and camera model.  Canon R5.
The app was fully functional until the update on 9/27/26. Then both mobile (iPhone 16 pro max) and iPad Pro M1.  Adobe stated they will research and that it should work with the equipment, however it has not since updating on both.  Additionally, Photoshop Express is not attaching previously attachable watermarks to imagery edited in Photoshop Express where any object removal has been applied. Adobe is taking ownership of any object removal imagery as their own.

Long time premium subscriber. With that being said, experiencing the issues as soon as the updates were installed on two different platforms, tells me that the updates are bad and need to be reversed.

Adobe refuses to address the issue but instead promotes their convention and new products. They can even maintain their current products let alone provide customers what they have subscribed for.

Apparently Adobe ignores the issue there as well. Hence the reasoning for posting in the photoshop forum as well. Though it does seem that similar problems with unresolved issues are being experienced across the platforms.
