Why is Adobe Express still being installed without permission and taking over system settings??

"In what universe" is fair. Saving a PDF and getting a new app you didn't ask for isn't a reasonable trade.

A bit of the why: Photoshop Express often comes bundled with Acrobat/Reader and can get added during a Reader install or update. That's one of the main ways it ends up on machines people weren't expecting... doesn't make it less annoying, but at least it's not random.

If you want it gone:

• Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Photoshop Express → Uninstall
• It removes cleanly on its own - Acrobat and Reader stay put.

The bigger point, that it shouldn't arrive without a clear heads-up, I'm taking back to the team, and you're not the only one saying it.
