When I try use any features like face options to change width etc I can move the toggles around but it doesn’t show any difference with any features at all like it’s broken

Thanks for flagging this, and for already trying the update and reinstall so we can skip past those. 

A few things will help us pin it down:

• What device and OS version are you on (for example iPhone 15, iOS 18)?
• Is it only the face/retouch sliders that do nothing, or do other edits (like filters, crop, or adjustments) also fail to apply?
• Does it happen with every photo, or only certain ones (for example very large images, or photos from a specific source)?
• When you apply an edit and then save or export, does the change show up in the saved file even though it didn't preview, or is it missing there too?

That last one matters, because it tells us whether the edit isn't applying at all or just isn't previewing on screen. Let me know and I'll take it from there.
