Adobe Express Photo being installed without user's permission! It breaks Windows Snipping Tool.

Many of my users have had Adobe Express Photos installed within the last week without them knowing how and why.  Also, it hijacks the Windows Snipping Tool keyboard shortcut.  This is completely unacceptable as it has broken one of the workflows we use for insurance claims processing.     Adobe what are you thinking???????????????
