Hello, 

how can this issue be fixed?

I think I ran into this issue months ago, Arabic is still not supported yet in adobe express?

Hey @afnanaljohani, Thanks for posting here. This is a known issue, and our teams are working on addressing the issue with incorrect PDF export for certain languages. As a workaround, you can export the project as an image file (PNG, JPG) and then convert it to PDF using the Convert to PDF feature to get the work done.
