Thank you for getting in touch, and apologies for the delay in responding!

Are you still facing this issue? If yes, we need some information from you to help us address this issue,

  • Please provide the exact workflow you used when encountering this problem. If possible, please provide a screen recording.
  • Which web browsers did you use when this issue occurred? Have you tried using other recommended browsers, cleared your browser's cache/cookies, or tried using incognito/private mode?
  • Is this issue present across all export types, including PNG, JPG, and PDF, or is it exclusive to a particular export format?
  • Have you had this issue with every image you've used, or is it only with a select few? Can you share some of the images that resulted in low-quality exports?

In the new version of Adobe Express, exporting to jpg or png is so poor quality. Everything is super blurry.

It's not because of the images because export to pdf everything is super sharp.

I hope there will be a solution to this soon, otherwise we will really say goodbye to Adobe Express.

Hi @Jelle278746976cg5 ,

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please check if it works in other browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome). You can also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Please let me know if this helps you in any way.

I recommend sharing a screenshot of the images you see with poor quality as an example and confirming if it is happening with all the images or some particular ones.

Thanks,

Neelam
