assets need to be updated before i can download my video

It's my first time using Adobe Express, and I'm having the same issue many are having regarding updating assets. I have no idea what this means. Can you help me, please?

I bought the premium version too and so I don't think it's a storage issue. My project is a 10 minute video with audio.

Hi @jannah_1186 

 

When you click "Update asset", does it select anything in your file? If so, you will want to delete or replace it (you can try the same asset as before, or a different one).

 

Based on my inspection of your logs, it may be a video named something like "f*** v****.MOV"

Can you please share a screen shot of the error message or if possible please share a screen recording of the workflow that leads you to the error message. It'll help us understand and assist you better. 

Also, let us know if this happens will all projects or project types or its just this specific one what is getting this issue?
