Assets not loading correctly in new Adobe Express
Myself and my colleague are not able to load previously designed templates since moving over to the 'upgraded' Adobe Express platform. The result is I can not access assets to edit them and my cloud connection is interrupted. This doesn't appear to be the case if I log into the account on my personal Mac (menus accessible, stable cloud connection), but as I'm working from a PC laptop this isn't a solution.
This is a major inconvenience, and is affecting our comms output as we can't quickly design assets. Can somebody please assist as soon as possible.
