Assets not loading correctly in new Adobe Express

Myself and my colleague are not able to load previously designed templates since moving over to the 'upgraded' Adobe Express platform. The result is I can not access assets to edit them and my cloud connection is interrupted. This doesn't appear to be the case if I log into the account on my personal Mac (menus accessible, stable cloud connection), but as I'm working from a PC laptop this isn't a solution. 

 

This is a major inconvenience, and is affecting our comms output as we can't quickly design assets. Can somebody please assist as soon as possible.

Thanks for reporting the issue. I've shared it with our developers. Please share a screenshot of the error you encounter. 

Also, additional information would help us better understand the issue.

  • Do the project's thumbnails appear the same way when viewed in incognito mode?

  • Can you open the projects with the missing images and text? Do they appear this way when opened, too?

Experiencing the same issue. In addition, I can't delete my template image to replace it by another. The dialogue box message is : " Adding assets to thre canvas is not available until all assets load...." All asserts have already been loaded yet can't edit the canvas
