Audio out of sync

The Audio is out of sync in the final downloaded video. It plays fine on the original clips and it's working well when played in the editor. I've tried to download it twice and both times the audio is slightly out. you can see the lips moving out of sync with the audio. It would be out by a fraction of a second. Is there a fix or workaround?
