Sorry to hear the Audio to Animate feature isn't completing for you — that's definitely frustrating!

To help us look into this, could you share a few details?

- What browser and version are you using?
- How long does it run before stopping — does it get stuck at a certain percentage, or just spin indefinitely?
- Does this happen with all audio files, or a specific one? If a specific file, what format and size is it?
- A screenshot of where it gets stuck would be really helpful too
