audio to animation not working anymore?

Hello, 

 

after the updates, that has been made, I miss my favorite functions: 

 

the old link was: https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/animate-from-audio

the new should be:
https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/animation/audio 
but clicking on "create" the page stays blank. 

Is the funcion hidden in another part? I check also in the menu. 
with this function I could put an audio file in the program and got an animated "cartoon person" as a video file as result.

@martina_7226 That is a helpful additional detail about the experience you are having on https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/animate-from-audio?category=videos. The premium status of this feature hasn't changed so it might be a clue. Do you mind providing a screen recording of what you see when you access that link? I'll try digging into that and will schedule the debug session if needed after that. Thanks for your patience debugging this with us!

Yes, I still cannot open 

https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/animate-from-audio 

and on the second link (that should be the way to the same function) is opening a Premium plan payment choice window, but this function was free up to some weeks ago: 
https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/animate-from-audio?category=videos 

Could this be the problem??? That is it not free anymore? 

2.: I will not try on mobile, I work this kind of things only on my pc Windows 11

Sure I'm available for a debug session. If you confirm me, that the function should still be free available, so just check out the time: I'm living in Italy, and schedule from 10-20 (10 am - 8 pm) italian time, whatever is fitting for you. 
So best would be in your afternoon or evening

@martina_7226 I'm from the Adobe side. Sorry to hear you are having this problem. We are having a hard time understanding what is happening based on your session logs. Can you please do the following:
1. Confirm that the issue is still happening

2. Try and see if you get the same problem on mobile (iPhone or Android app, or Android mobile web)
3. Let us know if you are available for a live debugging session with someone on the Adobe side, sometime in US working hours (7am PST - 6pm PST). Thanks!

no, it is just not working. I tried with 3 different browsers: 
I just see 2 blank pages. 

Last 2 ideas: 
It is blocked for Italy? Up to some weeks ago, it worked here. 

Other idea: 
is it now a paid feature?
I have a free adobe account. I also tried to log out and login with my google account: 
just a white page...

Hey @martina_7226, that shouldn't be the case, but to investigate this, I've shared the case with our team. Meanwhile, can you try the steps here: https://adobe.ly/4kbiaLE and share your observations?

 

Can you also please check for other quick actions, such as Generate QR Code , and try working within the app to see if any other features display similar behavior?

Now I'm really courious, to see if we can figure this out. Maybe it will help also others. Thanks for you time. 

What I did now: deinstall Google Chrome, restart the PC, install last downloaded version: no change

I check the F12 and saw that a voice like "you have to allow Javascript to use this app", I checked; Javascript was already allowed but I nevertheless added the 4 voices, you see in the screenshot: no change

When I click on your "generate Qr Code" I arrive at the payment page. so.... maybe all this is only because in the free plan I have, I used all my free-credits? (but... that would not explain, why I cannot open the page, when I logout from my adobe account, and then make the login with google account, and the page is still white) 

I use Windows Defender Firewall and antivirus: deaktivated it: no change 

I now recorded with screenpal the errors, that are visible with F12:

the first voice was the javascript - "alarm" but there are hundreds of other error messages. I guess your team maybe can see in that way the problem.

thanks, but this article have the same links in it, that are not working. They are not real broken link, but just "white" pages:

Is there maybe an email to write directly to adobe? Maybe they did not see that yet.

Hey @martina_7226, thanks for sharing this. This is a very one-off issue for you. Can you use the same links in incognito/private browsing mode or on any recommended browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)? Ensure the browsers are updated to the latest officially available version and not their beta version. Also, disable any active plugins/extensions on the browser. You'd also need to clear the browser's cache/cookies and ensure that you're not on any VPN or have an active firewall.
