Audio to cartoon keeps throwing an error "We were unable to contact our service". This started on Wednesday 6-26-24 and has persisted. It is happening in Google Chrome as well as Safari, on a MacBook Pro.

Clearing the browser cache didn't help. Is there anything else I can do?
