Auto Captions not working

A couple of things that would help narrow it down:

• What's the exact duration of the video? Auto Captions has a 5 minute maximum length, so if it's longer than that, that could be what's stalling the analysis.
• Have you tried with a different, shorter video to see if it's specific to this file or happens with any video?

And if you're able to share the project:
→ Duplicate the project first, so your original stays untouched
→ Click Share in the top right
→ Under General access, change it from Restricted to Anyone with the link
→ Set the permission to Can edit
→ Send the link via DM
