I get the issue on a 16GB Ram i7 laptop, a 32GB i7 desktop, and several other models. The same computers can easily handle advanced editing in Premier Pro, and the crash happens so fast that it's clearly not hardware-related. Besides, what's the point of an online video editor that is 100% hardware-dependent?

The video is at 5:49. I tried to delete clips to see if that made a difference, but it just crashed immediately.

Hi @David31335732h5xj,

It would definitely help to know your device's model and specifications, such as RAM, to better understand if the issue could be related to the performance capabilities of the device you're using. Could you provide the details of your device, including the model and RAM size? This will help in determining if it's a device-specific issue or something related to the app itself.

Best regards,

^MM

Adobe Express does not seem ready for primetime yet, Aw Snap out of memory errors make it almost impossible to use. Does nor matter what computer or system you are on.

Hello @David31335732h5xj,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this crash. The "Aw Snap" error usually indicates a browser issue. Here are a few steps that may help:

  • Try using Chrome or Edge in an incognito window to rule out extensions causing conflicts.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart your browser.
  • Make sure your browser and Adobe Express are up to date.
  • If possible, try a different device or network to see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, could you let us know the size and type of the project you're editing? This will help us find a more precise solution. Let us know—we’re happy to help!

Best regards,

^MM

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Have you recently made any changes to your browser? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
