Background elements replaced with AI files?

Hello. When I go to elements - backgrounds - "christmas," my selected backgrounds are being replaced by AI files I made weeks ago. It is very annoying!! Also when I opened my project, the background that I used to have (which was Christmas-themed) was replaced with an AI file.
