My problem is resolved as well. I think it was because I rebooted. Not 100%.

As it turns out, I just loaded the project on my PC and it rendered just
fine. I am guessing it has something to do with cookies. Could be wrong.
Anyways, if you have two computers, try the other one and let me know if
it works.

I have the same problem. I can save the video as a pdf and the image displays but try to save the video as a pdf and I get no image.

I tried on another computer and it works. Not sure why that is the case but I am running with it! Case closed.
