This is the 4th day in a row that the background removal tool is not working and this advertised as a "free tool" even though I have the premium version. Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know if there is a resolve

Participating Frequently

I've been having exactly the same problem for the past two days!!! I cannot replace the exisiting background with a new selected background. I'm a premium member as well, so these images are included. There also seems to be an issue with the auto save. Everytime I refresh, I receive a "leaving so soon" message informing me my changes will be lost. Can someone pleeeeeease get back to us about this. I need these images for marketing products asap!
