i PAY FOR THIS PROGRAM FOR THE BACKGROUND REMOVER AND NOW IT DOESNT EVEN DO THAT RIGHT. hOW DO I GET THE OLD PROGRAM BACK? I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW ONE.

Could you please provide more details? If which way does it not work: are you encountering an error message, or are you not happy with the results? Also, which of these mechanisms are you using: 

 

  • The Remove background Quick action

 

 

  • The Remove backgrdound button from the Image panel inside the Express editor
