background remover is not working

I cleaned out my cache and restarted my computer - but I still can't remove the background on a file. It used to work fine - but it is not working at all. I am including the logo as it is and then the logo once the background remover is used.

I just downloaded it so the latest version.

edition windows 11 pro

version 25h2

os build 26200.7171

I click on remove background. I download my file - it is a jpeg file and I have included it. And then it removes most of my logo and doesn't remove all the background - see my other attached file.

I tried the feature with the image you provided, and it gave the same results that you shared. However, when using other images, the feature works as expected. The image used is relatively small, which might be causing the issue. If you have the same image in higher resolution or a different picture to try the feature on, can you confirm if that too gives similar results?
