Bad quality after download - low resolution

I was glad to see Adobe Express coming up because I'm not a pro regarding Photoshop and Illustrator and need a programm for easy, small tasks like a social media picture or onlinebanner. But it's not useful because the quality after downloading is very bad. All I usually do is choosing a background and putting a headline and a logo (png) on it. It looks absolutely fine online but after downloading the projects, the resolution is very low, especially the logo looks horrible. You can't set/change the desired resolution anywhere either. Sadly, I have to look for another program because it seems Adobe can't fix this. A lot of users have reported similar issues for quite some time.

Hello, I am struggling with the same issue for a very important project. The dimensions and resolution is completely perfect and fine even when zooming in ( on Adobe express ) there is no pixelization whatsoever. Is there any immediate solution to this?? I tried downloading as both JPG and PNG and both are very bad quality. Please help ASAP......

Hi @Shoroug22336943a5hs, Welcome to our Adobe Express community!

Please confirm if the images used are Adobe Stock assets or if you've uploaded your images. Also, one cannot assess the resolution or pixelization while zooming in on the Adobe Express editor window. It depends on the resolution of the images uploaded and the size of the canvas used in the Adobe Express editor.

Could you share the images and the canvas size you're using, so we can try to replicate them?

Let us know about it.

Best,

Amitej

Hi

@sme_golem

,

Thanks for your patience. Could you please answer a few questions below-

  1. What export format are you using?
  2. Did you use your own media, or did you use assets available within the app?
  3. What canvas size are you working on?
  4. If you use your own media, what dimensions is it?
  5. Would it be possible for you to share the downloaded file and the media you used in it?

Also, can you share the project URL with us to investigate the issue.

Regards,

Tarun
