bad quality when exporting pictures

When will the problem of bad quality when exporting pictures will be solved? Because of this I can't use adobe express. I use the best quality pictures and vector logo's. 

One of the suggested solutions is to double the size but the MB's also double and the files are already very big on normal size. Not very web friendly. Doubling the size also doesn't fix the quality entirely.
