Benachrichtigungen bei geteilten Projekten wird nicht mehr angezeigt

Wenn das Ausloggen und Leeren des Browser-Caches nicht ausreicht, versuche bitte, dich unter https://account.adobe.com/collaboration einzuloggen und sicherzustellen, dass deine Creative Cloud-Benachrichtigungen auf "Alle E-Mails" eingestellt ist. Das sollte normalerweise das Problem mit Adobe Express lösen.

I tried logging out, delete all browser files. Still no notification, neither in adobe express, nor in creative cloud or by email. I can access and edit the file in "shared files“, but my colleague has to write an email to let me know that there is a new project 🙂

We try to log out and empty the cache of every browser that is logged in next. Let’s see if this helps!

This shouldn't be happening. Can you try logging out and back in once? You can try clearing the cache/cookies of the browser to check if that makes any difference. Also, can you check the notification icon in the Creative Cloud desktop app to see if it has the notifications for Adobe Express?
