[BETA] Silent Export Failure (MP4) & Generative UI Alpha-Mask Errors

I am encountering a critical silent failure in the video export/download process on the Express Beta. The UI indicates completion, but no file is actually produced, and no error message is triggered. This appears to be a metadata handoff or local browser encoding conflict.

Additionally, there is a consistent logic failure when using Generative Fill on text layers. The engine generates an opaque background patch instead of applying textures (e.g., matte silicone/3D effects) strictly to the text alpha/geometry, necessitating manual masking workarounds.
