Blurry Videos that won't run

I have a bunch of videos in one file, and about 50% of them are blurry and won't run, but worked before.

Thanks for your patience. Are these the videos you uploaded from your device, or are they Adobe stock videos? Did you try to re-add them and see if that helps? 

 

Also, did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
