Bold button are disabled for every text box.

Hi, 

 

I want to report and know why all of sudden the bold button got disabled for every exisiting and new text boxes in Adobe Express. Neither the ctrl+B shortcut nor the button is not working. What's the solution to this simple issue?

Also, why is the text in the text box blurred and everything else looks crips?

I have the same issue. However, on the Android app, this option works well - same font.

Can you please elaborate on the issue you're having with the Adobe Express app? What platform and device are you using, as well as the installed OS and app version on the device? If possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow with the issue so we can better understand it and resolve it.

Could you please share a bit more detail — for example, does the blurred text appear in all your projects or just specific ones? And is the bold formatting issue affecting both old and new text boxes for you as well? If possible, a screenshot or short screen recording would be really helpful so we can try to replicate the issue on our end. Thanks in advance!

The text is not blurry. The bold and italic “T” are grayed out as not available.

Hello, it'd be great if you could share a sample version of the file (of course removing all the private/confidential info & content, just with enough sample/changed content) since I can't recreate the issue. Happy designing!
