Bold/Italics formatting disaster upon export

Hello, I've created an important document using Adobe Express, added bold/italics formatting to certain text (which is a very basic function) and this works properly in the preview, but when exporting as a PDF, the bold/italics formatting is randomly applied or removed throughout the entire document. This is a very simple feature that renders entire documents useless. Please advise when this bug will be fixed. Thank you.

Hi @OtakorpPubs

Could you try again now? This should be fixed.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks

This just happened to me on a 56 page document. It was formatted correctly, and exporting correctly, and then all of a sudden the exports began to ignore when Bold and Italic was supposed to end, and applied bold and italic to the rest of the text that appeared in. It seems to begin in a specific text box, and then occur randomly throughout the rest of the document.

The best workaround I've found was installing an add-on that allowed me to download pages as PSD files. Even other add-ons that allowed PDF downloads only use the Adobe PDF engine, which seems to be the problem.

Hi - I've had the same problem when exporting to PDF via. Express. If you export as PNG and then later convert your export to PDF on desktop, it retains formatting as a workaround.
