Border disappears when I select linear gradient for the color of the border of a shape

I gave this a try on my end, and gradients on borders are working for me, so it's not broken across the board.

Not every border style in Express supports a gradient. On the styles that do (i.e. the solid and dashed/dotted lines), the linear gradient applies fine (I tested it). But if you apply a gradient while on a border style that doesn't support one, that could be why it drops out instead of showing.

So a couple of things:

• Which border style are you using when it disappears (solid line, dashed, dotted, or one of the decorative ones)?

• Does it hold up if you try the same gradient on a plain solid border style first?

• If you have a screen recording, it would also help me try to reproduce your exact workflow as well!
