Botão de camada

Em alguns design o botão de camada fica em cima da parte que precisa de atenção para ser alterada. Puxando o design pra baixo, ele não move mais do que o limite onde pega o botão.

Ou vocês diminuem o botão de camadas ou permitam o usuário colocar ele onde quiser
