I had the same thing happened to me awhile. I clicked on the link and I figured it out. I had to stretch the timing of the video to make it slow the speed.

Manually stretching the video timing to adjust speed is a helpful tip while the Change Speed tool is unavailable.

Hello. I have the Change and Reverse speed links bookmarked on my PC. Upon trying the links now i get the message

Hey @User00078, As of now, the reversing video feature in Adobe Express is not available, but you can try the change speed feature here: Change video speed for free online
