I can't create a brand. I'm following the parameters and every single time I get an error but it is not clear what the issue is!

We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
