The Brand Kit Colors show a white box every other color. When I try to delete the white box it deletes the color next to it. I've uploaded a screenshot. I've seen this happen in more than one of my accounts. My work around on a different kit was to delete all and add again. This screenshot is off desktop express.
Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Do you still see the issue? Are you getting any error messages? Which browser are you using?
Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
Hey! I work in a communications department of a large organization with 700 employees and 11 600 students, all of which have the organizations license to use express, the Adobe CC ETLA -license.
I have created our brand in Express and few social media templates as a pilot. How would I share the brand and current + upcoming new templates, to the whole organization? It is clear that it is impossible to send an email to everyone.
For us it is important to get all the members of the organization to create brandlike material and rather use Express than Canva.
I am facing the issue that i cannot access my company's own Brand (PixelMechanics), despite being added as a member having editor level access to it. If i click an "Invitation to edit Brand" E-Mail a coworker sent me, i can edit and access logos and Company assets, however if i click away to a different tab or create a post even once, the brand doesn't show up anymore anywhere for me (neither under "your stuff", nor "brands". Searching for the brand name at the search bar at the top also yields no results.) I am unable to work on tasks and create content for social media in this current state, and require a solution as soon as possible. Content of the screenshots: 1.) The screen i see after clicking on the invitation link provided by my coworkers E-Mail. 2.) What i see under "brands" after opening Adobe Express normally.
